You COMPLETELY misdiagnosed our Boston, Ely. We had seen our vet that AM, but they do not do surgery.

He had perineal hernia and his bladder was trapped. Dr. Olga stated she could "probably" correct it manually so the surgery could wait. She then stated she couldn't do that.

And the "mass" on his hip and around his rear end was "not urine, nor his bladder". She even showed us his x-ray and pointed to this "circle" and said "that is his bladder, and so it is not trapped". She came in quite a time later and said "the mass is solid. And could be cancer." A while EVEN longer she came in and said "this is an emergency and you should rush him to BluePearl." Keep in mind I had called repeatedly from our home and on our way down (a 100 mile trip) telling you what he had and could they handle it?

I was told over and over "YES! We are an EMERGENCY vet hospital with surgeons available 24/7". HAD they told this was not something they could do AS we were coming to Atlanta, we would have taken him elsewhere THEN! Dr.

Olga even told us she would contact BluePearl and let them know we were coming in with an emergency. She did NOT! All the tests you did had to be redone due to your incompetence. The time we spent at VCA literally made the difference in his life and death.

Had you been honest and said "we can't do this. Go somewhere else", he would have been stable enough to have the surgery he needed. He was in agony. I told YOU that.

I even walked to the lobby desk and asked if they given him anything for pain. NOPE! They came out and stuck him with something as we were rushing out to get to BluePearl. EVERYTHING YOU TOLD US WAS WRONG.


He was in pain but stable coming down there, while he was there. But the time you wasted on crappy x-rays and sonogram and a COMPLETELY WRONG diagnosis...was time he did not have. They had to do more x-rays, and sonogram. They made him comfortable, put him in critical care.

But it was too late by then! We LOST our baby...because of everything you did wrong! Then you charged us $347 was it all! You lied from the start.

YOU LIED FROM THE START! And those precious mins. and hours we wasted on YOU...cost him his life! Then you wanted all that money FOR NOTHING!

EVERYTHING YOU DID WAS WRONG! And I will not pay for that!

We drove 100miles to find an "Emergency" pet hospital with a surgeon avail. We had a diagnosis.

He needed surgery. ASAP. I called this "place" 8 times asking if they had a surgeon available. Told them what I needed.

What was required. I was told "absolutely" they could handle it. We got down there. He was in a great deal of pain...but alive.

He needed surgery. He had a perineal hernia and his bladder was trapped. They did x-rays, exam. A "Dr." Olga said it was not what was wrong.

She could fix it "manually" and he may not need surgery. Showed his x-rays..said "here is his bladder. It is not 'trapped'." It was trapped. And that was NOT his bladder she saw and she didn't KNOW it.

After several hours...we were told they could NOT handle it and we needed to "RUSH" him to Blue Peal. I asked where he was...he was getting oxygen...because he was stressed. No. He was dying.

They only gave the poor baby pain meds after I told them to. Told us Blue Pearl would be expecting us. They weren't. But they did take him immediately.

EVERYTHING VCA told us was wrong. The xrays were wrong. "Dr." Olga was wrong. And had this pathetic excuse of an "emergency" hospital told us they couldn't handle it and had no surgeon...we would NEVER have gone there to begin with.

Between what they did to him (which caused him harm and terrible pain) and the WASTE of all that time...there was NOTHING Blue Pearl could do. And My God did they try! He would have LIVED had we gotten him there w/o going to VCA! My baby is dead.

The screams he made on the way to Blue Pearl haunt me. And I despise them for their lies, their incompetency, their deeds! Then they charged us $347!!

IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET...GO TO BLUE PEARL IN SANDY SPRINGS! At least they give a *** and their doctors are REAL and didn't get their degree on line!
