Tried logging on today to review my points and could not, so I called the number listed 1-85*-512-****. Now the site states if you have trouble logging in call that number or you can send email and there is an email address listed.

The first person I got name was Kenny, he proceeded to tell me the number was to the rebate center and he could not help he with Iogging into site and gave me another number that was to customer service for VCA Care CLub. Turns out that was jus the 800# to get you to a local VCA location once you put in your zip code. So, I called back, this time got another rep who was absolutely no help at all, I spent 20 minutes on the phone with him only for him to tell me I would receive an email within 24 hrs with a temporary password and he was just trying to do his job. In todays digital environment it does not take 24 hrs.

to reset passwords.

I have spent hundreds of dollars on an annual basis and have been using VCA for 15 years now, so trying to take advantage of a savings which goes right back to them should not be this hard. This might be my last year when October comes.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
